On March 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., GIEC conducted a training on the theme of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in the multimedia lecture hall on the first floor of GIEC Building 1. In this training event, the department managers and technicians from the R&D Department, Quality Department, Engineering Department, and GIEC Manufacturing System attended this training event to learn about the logic behind FMEA and how to apply the new DFMEA/PFMEA version.

Zhang Hailiang, a teacher from Hongru Consulting Company, gave an insightful and straightforward lecture on the definition of effectiveness, FMEA methods, DFMEA analysis, and PFMEA analysis. Thanks to his explanation of concepts, case studies, and practical activities, trainees had a deeper understanding of how to apply FMEA to identify risks and design appropriate improvement measures to accomplish continuous improvement.

This FMEA training course was successfully finished at 7:00 pm, and everyone gathered in front of the stage for a group photo. To further solidify the information taught, everyone finished the online test as well. The top 10 workers among them not only learned new knowledge but also received lovely gifts.
